Chocolate Milk
I really did forget how good cold chocolate milk is. Especially in the morning.

Since I try to watch sugar sometimes I rarely look at drinks that have too much sugar per serving without having some fiber or vitamin C, etc. in it. Fiber can help lower glucose levels *. I’d rather eat my sugar, not drink it – I read that somewhere, how true is that! But this chocolate milk right here… uhm it’s worth it!
